a) Membership is open to all Malaysian residents. Family memberships are open to immediate and extended family members only.

b) The membership card must be presented to enjoy all member benefits, including admission into Petrosains’ main exhibition area. Identity cards may be requested for verification purposes.

c) Any member benefits and/or discounts are not valid with special rate tickets (including Family/Combo packages), special exhibitions and any other promotions.

d) Other Petrosains’ offerings including paid ride/s and programmes will be chargeable as per normal unless specified otherwise.

e) Discounts at XPLORASI-Petrosains Gift Shop are not valid with other discounts, promotions, super value/best buy items, agent controlled items and/or with use with any other privilege/discount cards.

f) Family Membership:

• The names of all family members to be included in the family membership must be included in the Membership Form.
• Names used on the Membership Form must be as per I/C or Passport.
• “Child” means a person over the age of five (5) and under the age of eighteen (18) years.
• Only one card will be issued per family and only the main applicant’s name will appear on the card.

g) All members must make bookings via Petrosains’ Info/Booking Line (03-2331 8181) prior to any visit.

h) All completed Membership Forms must be submitted by hand to Petrosains at the Membership Counter, Petrosains, Level 4, Suria KLCC. Membership forms are available on Petrosains’ website but a hard copy of such completed forms must still be presented at the Membership Counter for processing.

i) All applicants must present their Identity Card or Passport (for non-Malaysians) at the point of application.

j) Payment must be made via cash or Credit/Charge Card and must be made in full upon application for membership.

k) All memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of application.

l) The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

m) A processing fee of RM5 will be levied for each lost/card replacement or change in category of membership.

n) The membership card is the property of Petrosains Sdn Bhd, to whom it must be returned if found or upon request.

o) All benefits, discounts, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the management of Petrosains Sdn Bhd at any time without notice.
