Science Shows and Busking are science demonstrations that utilise everyday items such as plastic bottles, paper, straws, spoons, coins and musch, much more to demonstrate various scientific principles. These activities encourage visitors' participation and also help them link these principles to our daily routines.

Science Shows

These are science demonstrations that last for about 15 minutes and they take placeat Science Station 1. Each show is usually based on a certain science topic, such as air pressure, organic chemistry and much more. These shows are fun as they are interactive and live, and sometimes visitors get to be volunteers during these demonstrations!

Busking

This is an activity that is based on science concepts where the facilitators will perform little "tricks" with items hidden in their pockets as you walk along the centre. Look out for our friendly facilitators who are ready to make you smile as they share a science fact with you.
