1. Submissions must be made using either the
Printed Contest Forms or the Online
Contest
Forms but NOT both.
2. Printed Contest Forms
a. Printed Contest Forms are available through:-
- Distribution to all eligible schools
- Printable version from our website at
petrosains.com.my.
b. Photocopies of the printed contest form will
be accepted.
c. All Printed Contest Forms must be submitted
via postal mail, addressed to:-
ACTology
P.O. Box 8774,
Pejabat Pos Kelana Jaya,
46797 Kelana Jaya, Selangor
d. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
3. Online Contest Form
a. Submissions can be done electronically.
b. Step by step instructions are available
at the Online Form submission page.
4. All entries must be typewritten in English.
5. All details in all sections of the Contest
Forms MUST be completed. Incomplete
contest
forms will be disqualified.
6. The Synopsis should be
typewritten, double
spaced using 12 font size with a
maximum of 300
words. The Synopsis may be submitted on separate
white sheet
of paper if the allocated space on
the contest form does not suffice.
7. All entries must be original. Plagiarised or
unoriginal entries will be disqualified.
8. Entries must be based on actual science facts
and events.
9. Closing date for all entries is on Friday, 29
February 2008 by 5.00pm.
10. All entries shall become the property of
Petrosains Sdn. Bhd.
11. Petrosains Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to
publish or display the
names/photos/videos from the competition for advertising and publicity
purposes. |
